Refund and Returns Policy

At Doodles Puppies for Adoption, we are committed to ensuring that our puppies go to loving homes where they can thrive. Our goal is to make the adoption process as smooth and transparent as possible. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we want to address any concerns you may have with our refund and returns policy.

Adoption Process and Final Sale

Please note that our puppies are not returnable once they have been adopted. This policy is in place to protect the well-being of the puppies and to ensure that each one is placed in a permanent, loving home. As such, all adoption fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions for Health Issues

We take every precaution to ensure the health and well-being of our puppies before they leave our care. In the rare case that a health issue arises after adoption, we offer a 7-day health guarantee. If your puppy is diagnosed with a serious health condition within this time frame, you may be eligible for a partial refund or a replacement puppy.

To qualify for this guarantee:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of adopting the puppy.

  • You must provide a veterinary diagnosis confirming the health issue.

  • The issue must be related to a congenital defect or serious illness that was present at the time of adoption.

Refunds

Once the health issue has been verified, we will work with you to determine the best course of action, including a partial refund of the adoption fee or, if available, the option to select another puppy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Puppy Care and Transition Support

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to supporting you as you welcome your new puppy into your home. If you need guidance on training, behavior, or puppy care, please reach out to our team. We’re here to help with any challenges you may encounter during the transition.
